"Property is ideally located for easy commute to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Overall the room was clean. It is in need of updates, kitchen appliances clean but rusted. Main bedroom mattress was old spring loaded and uncomfortable. However, our daughter said the pull out sofa was comfortable. Housekeeping service not provided, even though a tip envelope was left in the room. Also, there was a constant sewage smell outside, that would blow in through when AC was running....

"Although pricier than other places it really was lovely and worked so well for our family of four in a one bedroom apartment (2 kids aged 7 and 10). The holiday cabin was clean and nicely decorated with all the amenities you need for a few days away. We loved the pool and beach areas, which were great places to meet other families, and the kids loved being able to fish and crab straight outside our cabin.
