"Really nice modern hotel. Friendly helpful staff and beautiful reception and dining areas.
Ideal location to explore the city centre and only a five minute walk to the train station.
We enjoyed our 2 nights in a King Double room, lovely comfy bed with tasteful modern decor. Bathroom very clean and powerful shower!
When called for extra soaps and hot beverage things, staff were fast and generous.
Would recommend and definitely be looking for Hyatt hotels more often from now on 😃

"O hotel é maravilhoso, novo, moderno o que contrasta com a região. O quarto é incrível , lindo , confortável , limpo. A cama super macia, o chuveiro muito bom. Tem uma mesa para trabalho no quarto , uma penteadeira para maquiagem além de máquina de café nespresso, água, etc.
A localização é brilhante , em frente as walls e a poucos passos do city Center , só atravessar a ponte a pé.
York é uma cidade fantástica , vale muito a pena conhecer e claro , se hospedar no Malmaison!"
"Lovely hotel in a great spot in Harrogate! Everything is within walking distance and the building itself is gorgeous. The room was clean, tea & coffee well stocked and towels were very fresh & fluffy. Breakfast itself was tasty and located on the 5th floor, giving great views! "
"The room was great for our needs, very spacious with comfortable beds and a large bathroom. I was holidaying with my teenage granddaughter and the twin beds gave us plenty of room.
It was about a 10 minute walk to the harbour (anout 30 minutes to walk back, it's a very steep hill! Dont believe google maps that says mostly flat!)
There is a bus stop outside the hotel but we didn't use it. However, on our last evenung we had a taxi and it was £4.50."

"O quarto tinha um espaço bom e o chuveiro também era muito bom. O café da manhã era excelente e as áreas comuns do hotel muito bonitas. O quarto era silencioso apesar de precisar dormir todos os dias com a janela aberta pois fazia muito calor no verão e não tinha ar condicionado. No geral gostei muito da estadia e recomendo."
"We stayed over for a night on a motorcycle trip. The hotel was perfect for our stay with beautiful views of the Humber from an open terrace at the back of the hotel. The room was nice and quiet with only the rabbits as neighbours. The bed was great too ensuring a good slumber near the Humber!"
"This property is absolutely beautiful with the most stunning views of Robin Hood Bay, The bedroom we had was a little on the tired side but the public areas are stunning and must have been recently renovated.
Thankfully we visited whilst there were no weddings on, so we had full access to all areas but be aware that if you are a private individual visiting whilst a wedding is on, your access will be limited so best to double check in advance."

"The room is well renovated and everything works, mainly the shower. The breakfast is excelent, but expensive. There are some work in progress on the square in front of the reception, with the street interrupted, so the taxis and ubers sometimes don’t come to the right place. But it is a good location anyway to walk to the nice city centre of the (former) “steel city”, already converted to pedestrian streets. There was a fire alarm once in an ungodly hour, with everybody using the stairs to go out. It was not clear if someone in a given room made some smoke or if it was a failure on the programmed weekly fire exercise."

O pessoal da recepção muito gentil, o café da manhã foi o ponto forte!
A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o ar condicionado. O quarto parecia uma sauna. Depois descobrimos o ventilador e deu pra sobreviver."
