"Convenient city centre location, but quiet inside hotel, apart from a nearby clock tower which chimes every 15 minutes and can be heard from inside. Rooftop restaurant and bar with lovely views. Modern room with high ceilings, AC and fridge in room. Room 4/5 because bathroom was very small, no coffee machine, robe or slippers (as you usually get in other hotels in this price range)."

"O hotel é maravilhoso, novo, moderno o que contrasta com a região. O quarto é incrível , lindo , confortável , limpo. A cama super macia, o chuveiro muito bom. Tem uma mesa para trabalho no quarto , uma penteadeira para maquiagem além de máquina de café nespresso, água, etc. A localização é brilhante , em frente as walls e a poucos passos do city Center , só atravessar a ponte a pé. York é uma cidade fantástica , vale muito a pena conhecer e claro , se hospedar no Malmaison!"

"Great from check in till check out. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Work going on, so a bit difficult to park, but we found a space. Short walk into the town with lots of places to eat with 5/10 minutes walk. Would book again when visiting Harrogate "

"The building is beautiful. High ceilings and original fixtures make this a special place to stay. Located in a great location near to transport, shops, restaurants and bars. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Shannon and the other staff are friendly and efficient and made our stay enjoyable. Food was tasty in the restaurant. Breakfast in morning was good and again the staff serving were friendly. The room had everything we needed and a fantastic view of the town...

"The staff were fabulous. We were put in a assisted access room. Which we did not request. Lamps did not work. Our aircon did not work unfortunately and so i had to request a fan at 3am as too hot to sleep. The maintenace team came to the room the morning after and could not fix the problem so we were moved to another room. The aircon in the new room worked, yet the tv did not. Again we had maintenance take a look and it was not fixed. At least we slept that evening. The rest of the stay was...
