"Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast more than adequate. In a quiet neighbourhood and modern surroundings. Practically next door to the Royal Armouries museum. Cheap water taxi to city nearby. Would stay again."

"Great stop if you are travelling from scotland to London. The rooms avelook the highway but if not noisy. The only down point is the breakfast, very poor."

"I stay here on a regular basis. They always remeber my name and are exceptional at customer service. The hotel is modern, clean and set in a very old building. Food stunning Well worth a visit on business or holiday."

"Will definately stay again, lovely rooms with very comfy beds and a great view. Check in/out was very straightforward, staff very polite and accommodating. Breakfast was lovely too with a good range to chose from on menu."

"Excellent rooms. The only downside was the spa facilities was not included in the price except between 7am to 9am it was an extra £20 to £30 per a person at all other time which i thought let down the hotel. I would of not booked it if i knew there was an extra cost."

"O hotel em si é bem precário. O ar condicionado dos quartos e corredores dos quartos nao gela. A estrutura do quarto era precária, sendo que reservei o melhor quarto do hotel. Metade das tomadas nao funcionava,tive que usar extensor de tomadas, ar condicionado como ja mencionei- nao gela, tive q pedir 2 ventiladores para conseguir dormir, ha limitadores de pressao e vazao de agua nos banheiros - privada e bidê. E para piorar ainda cobram aluguel de guarda-chuvas, quando deveriam oferecer gratuitamente para uso dos hospedes. "
