"The place was super clean, cozy, and had a nice modern vibe. Can’t beat the location, literally steps from the subway, so getting around Manhattan was a breeze. Only weird thing was this funky smell that would hit us when we came back after being out all day. Kinda strange, but honestly, it didn’t mess with our stay at all. "

"What an amazing gem in the middle of New York City! Four bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, looked freshly renovated and was very clean! The owner even provided bottled water and coffee pods! And there's a washer and dryer IN the unit! The best part of my review, though, is that we left a set of AirPods when we checked out, and they went out of their way to mail them to us!!!!!!"

"Don’t even think twice: staying in the Green Room will make your time in the city amazing. Follow the helpful instructions to enter the apartment and it is like entering the Emerald City. No really, the pigeons aren’t flying monkeys but the neighborhood is magical. Elegant and thoughtful touches throughout the apartment abound. Like well tended house plants and beautiful woodwork. "Nice amount of space, great location. Overall was great. The top floor/loft stairs are very steep and only having 1 key is annoying. Beyond that, it’s a great spot. Would definitely stay again"
