- The ruins of Tulum are located on the other side of town, about 10 minutes from the apartment, something that should be on your list of things to do and see. The pyramid of Coba is a little further inland on the peninsula, but no more than a 25 minute drive from the studio.
- Don't forget, visit at least one of the incredible cenotes (natural water pools) that connect to one of the largest subway river systems in the world. Visit at least one of them while in Tulum, such as Cenote Cristal and Escondido, Calavera, Gran Cenote, Dos Ojos and Nicte Ha, Casa Maya, etc. Most cenotes are only a 10 to 15 minute bike ride away and are definitely worth the trip.

-CONSTRUCTION
Tulum is a destination that is currently experiencing real estate growth, so it is important that you know that in all areas there are constructions around and there may be dirty roads.
Construction hours are typically 9am to 5pm, but may occasionally be extended from 8am to 6pm Monday through Saturday.
Depending on the stage of construction, there may be loud and disturbing noise.
-FAUNA-
In Tulum we have a great diversity of species such as turtles, jaguars, tropical fish, birds, rodents and insects.
Due to the vegetation we have, the climate, and the constructions, you may find some visitors, this has nothing to do with dirt, far from it, they are simply in their habitat that they share with us, they are not dangerous.
-BASIC SERVICES-
Tulum is experiencing great growth for which it was not originally designed and in which the government and service companies are working to improve but for the moment it is possible that services such as water, electricity, internet, may be interrupted due to situations such as weather or maintenance of suppliers and this is completely out of our control.
Sometimes they let us know in advance and we will notify you in as soon as possible, but many other times they happen without prior notice.
