Property of 4000m2 with 7 domes and common areas such as;

Pool, outdoor kitchen with utensils, half bath, fountains and streams, hammocks, outdoor living room, children`s games, outdoor parking and wifi (may fail since we are in the jungle).

Please note the following information:

Did you know that a spider can make a new web in less than 1 hour? We fumigate and our cleaning standards are high, but that doesn`t stop insects, ants, mosquitoes, spiders, scorpions etc.

Within the jungle we have neighbors with whom we live in harmony, such as: toucans, deer, multicolored birds, butterflies, frogs, sometimes snakes, scorpions, lizards, and others.

Please help us to keep all areas clean, do not leave food or garbage out of place so as not to attract insects.

You will have to drive 1km over a dirt road to get to our area. You can arrive by car, we have open parking at the entrance of our property. If you arrive by public transportation you can walk 1km or take a cab to our facilities.

I will not be physically present, but Jose the manager will be happy to welcome you.

We are located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, between cenotes, beaches, ruins, small towns...

2km from Xcacel Beach “The Sea Turtle Sanctuary”.
500mts from Xunaan Ha cenote.
1km from the town of Chemuyil and the public service stop.
Less than 10 minutes from Xel Ha, Cenote Dos Ojos, Akumal.
15 min from Tulum.
30min from Playa del Carmen
1 hour 20min from Cancun airport.

1km away in the town of Chemuyil you will find a couple of restaurants; seafood, tacos, pizza, etc where you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. You will find a greengrocer, convenience store, pharmacy.

We suggest you rent a car at the airport, if it is not within your means you can get there by public transportation. We have open parking.

Take the ADO from Cancun to Playa del Carmen, then take the van to Tulum and ask to get off at Chemuyil.

Once in Chemuyil you take a cab, motorcycle cab or walk 1km and arrive at Glamping.
REGLAS:

• Check In de 15:00 hrs a 22:00 hrs.

• Check Out 11:00 hrs

• Late check out con costo adicional y sujeto a disponibilidad.
o Después de las 11:00 hrs se cobra 50% de la estadía.
o Después de las 18:00 hrs se cobra 100% de la estadía.

• No está permitido invitados en las instalaciones ni dentro de los domos.

• Hasta 2 niños gratis por habitación menores de 12 años.

• Adultos y niños mayores de 12 años se cobra 20% del total de la estadía por persona.

• Máxima ocupación por domo 4 personas.

• No están permitidas las fiestas ni música amplificada.

• Respeta y cuida las instalaciones.

• Favor de dejar limpia el área de la cocina. Lavar la loza, recoger basura y guardar tu comida.

• Favor de guardar tus pertenencias en tu habitación y cerrar con llave.
Contamos con caja fuerte para tu uso, solicítala si la requieres.

• En tu check out revisa que lleves contigo todas tus pertenencias.

• Nuestro personal estará feliz de ayudarte de 8:00 hrs a 20:00 hrs . De 21:00 hrs a 7:00 hrs estamos disponibles solo para emergencias.
