"The staff is impeccable. Excellent concierge and customer service. The interior courtyard is gorgeous with a pool elegantly designed as a tropical centerpiece. The onsite restaurant is an added bonus for chill days and Guido is an excellent chef. All meals that were ordered were tasty and fairly priced. "The hotel is beautiful and this is it. The access is terrible, without paviment in the road, dangerous at night. The shower was cold and kept oscillating. Coffee starts only at 8am, so if you book outside activities you’ll probably don’t have time for it. Staff is really confused and give you conflicting informations every time, which caused us to miss breakfast one day. We booked a room with private pool but never used it because it was so dirty, even with bat poop that was never cleaned while...

"We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. "
