The Space:

- Bedrooms:

The master bedroom is located on the first floor and features a queen-size bed, air conditioning, and a private bathroom.



The secondary bedroom is located on the second floor and features a king-size bed, air conditioning, a private bathroom, and access to a private terrace.



- Kitchen and Dining Room:

The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare delicious meals, and the dining area seats up to 5 people for a cozy dining experience.



- Living Room:

In the living room, you'll find a sofa and a TV to relax after a long day. The space also includes a ceiling fan and air conditioning for your comfort.



- Laundry Room:

To make your stay more comfortable, we have a washer and dryer in your unit.



- Terrace:

Enjoy the Caribbean breeze from the terrace, where you can sit and even have a picnic outside.



-Common/Outdoor Areas:

Relax on the rooftop terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and Caribbean atmosphere.

In this peaceful retreat with a family atmosphere, we prioritize the tranquility of all our guests. To maintain a relaxing atmosphere, parties, loud music, and noise are not allowed at night. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

You’ll be surrounded by vibrant restaurants, cute cafés, trendy shops, and local markets, all within walking distance. It’s the perfect blend of beachy vibes and urban convenience—ideal for soaking up everything Playa has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

We have two friendly dogs living on the property. Pele and Chocolate will be happy to greet you upon arrival!



An online registration form must be completed before arrival and guests must provide ID.



Your stay includes one cleaning before arrival and another at the end of your visit. If you would like additional cleaning during your stay, please let us know in advance and we will be happy to arrange it for a small additional charge.
