The Space:

Perfect for romantic getaways or solo escapes, this stylish 1BR condo blends comfort, privacy, and vibrant local culture in one unforgettable stay.

As you step into our cheerful, beachy apartment, you'll instantly feel at home. The sitting room offers plush seating, a Smart TV with a Fire Stick, and A/C to ensure your downtime is ultra-comfortable. From the sitting area, step out onto your private balcony, complete with a gas BBQ for grilling tasty treats and a dining table perfect for enjoying a glass of wine as the sun sets in paradise.

The kitchen has all the appliances and utensils to whip up any meal of the day, and there’s even a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to your vacation. Pull up a chair at the beautiful wood dining table for a sit-down meal, or grab a quick bite at the island! For your convenience, the apartment includes a washer and dryer.

When it's time to recharge after a fun-filled day, the bedroom invites you to relax in a luxurious king bed dressed with beautiful linens and pillows for a royal night's sleep. The bedroom also features an ensuite full bath with a walk-in shower, and dual shower heads, plus there’s also direct access to the balcony.

Guest Access:
Check-in is in person. Please advise the local contact of your expected time of arrival 24 hours in advance (including flight details).

The Neighborhood:
The location is fantastic—only steps from the beach and the Etc Beach Club! It’s about 3 km/1.8 mi from the marina and the Paradise Plaza Shopping Center, which features 2 floors of shops, lots of restaurant options and a supermarket so you can stock up on groceries.

Getting Around:
The condo is located approximately 7.5 miles from Miami International Airport (MIA). Valet parking is available for a fee, and we can accommodate one vehicle in the underground lot. Just please let us know in advance if you're arriving by car. Thanks!

Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- For security reasons, all guests except minors must provide an official ID. After you confirm your reservation, please send a copy of the ID of all adult guests on the registration.
- Upon arrival, adults should have their photo ID ready to get registered at the security booth and allow access to the complex.
- If bringing a car, please advise at least 24 hours before arrival.
- The gym on the property is under renovation and unavailable until further notice.
- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Visitors are strictly prohibited, and no people for hire (i.e. a massage therapist).
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required that is refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- Electricity fees: Electricity is included for stays under 7 nights. Over 7 nights, it is $100 USD per week. For long-term stays of 28 nights or more, the fee is based on consumption at $6 MXN (pesos) per KW.
- No smoking of any kind inside the home! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Quiet time is from 10 pm to 7 am. Please respect the neighbors.
- We respectfully require up to 72 hours to fix an issue that is out of our immediate control, i.e., caused by an external service provider like the internet or electricity.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to arrange it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- There is a 24-hour security guard and outdoor security cameras for guest safety and security.
- Pets are not allowed.
