"The room was clean, clean sheets and towels. Helpful staff & breakfast was served right on time. Gated parking, complimentary shuttle if needed."

"Clean appearance from lobby to room. Well maintained. Valet Parking was welcome. If you try to park in the garage it's a lot greater pain in the butt. Overall it's a very nice place to stay."

"Be sure to ask for a room that is away from the highway. The traffic was so loud! And the A/C unit which could have drowned it out made it sound like we were sleeping in an engine room. Staff said they couldn't move us because we'd booked with a third party (expedia)."

"When we arrived none of the 3 phones worked asked for them to be fixed all they did was switch the 2 in the room the one in the bathroom (handicapped room) didnt work, a glass cup was filled with sugar and empty sugar packet, air conditioner leaked couldn't put anything on the ground within 2 ft of it or it got wet. Couldn't have the bathtub all the way on either shower or tub. Empty tissue holder in the wall had dirty qtips in it. Housekeeping took dirty towels didn't replace with clean, Body...

"Great place to stay at, loved the ambiance, the view of the city was amazing. It is spacious, and the top floor is great for adults and kids to just hang out in. Would definitely book again when we come back out here. "

"Staff was helpful. There was a little league baseball team there and the kids were running all over while parents drank beers and played cards in the lobby. The staff were the ones telling the kids to stop running around. Felt bad for staff! When they checked out it was so much nicer."
