"The staff was very nice. But our room was definitely in poor condition. The bed was at the point of needing a new mattress and the bedding consisted of one sheet and a topper that needed replaced. It didn’t appear that the AC worked. We opened the window to try to cool off but there was no screen and no overhead fan. The downstairs of the B&B was lovely, but I was definitely disappointed with the room. "

"Everything was amazing. From the staff to the conditions of the room, great choice if you want something reasonable around downtown Pittsburgh. I only found that the breakfast could have a little more options, but it was still good."

"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"Clean room. Convenient location. Heard some road noise through the night but if you’re a heavy sleeper it shouldn’t bother you. One of the elevators was out of order so it took a little longer to get to and from 8th floor. I would most likely stay again for location."

"In town for a hockey game and stayed for 3 nights. Weather was in the 70s and the air conditioner in our room wasn't working. We asked to switch rooms and were able to. Air conditioner in our new room wasn't working either. We talked to some other guests and none of them were working, hallways were extremely hot and moist, had to sleep in 80 + degree heat. Also the listing says soundproofed rooms but were able to hear the neighbors being intimate which was disgusting. Not enough positives to...

"Hotel muito bem localizados no centro de Pittsburgh. Era uma viagem curta apenas para assistir ao show da Madonna na cidade e foi ótimo porque ficava a 10 minutos do local do show. O hotel tem uma decoração muito bonita, cama confortável e quarto amplo. Se tivesse que fazer apenas uma observação, é em relação a pressão do chuveiro, muito fraca e demora a esquentar, principalmente numa cidade que no inverno bate temperaturas negativas. "There was a finger nail on the carpet on our room (ewwww) and they ran out of cookies! Parking is non-existent at this location other than valet. Outside of that, staff was friendly. Would stay again "
