"Didn’t get the room advertised on Expedia. Advertised private bathroom which ended up being a bathroom with a lock on it in a shared space where others could walk around. Food was in the fridge from previous tenant. No heat or ac and neighborhood is loud. Guy outside playing music on a boombox. Don’t recommend "

"Love the historic presence. Would love to have been able to see some books on the history of the building and the area. Maybe placed in the lobby for guests to peruse. "

The gumbo in dome of their establishments are awesome btw, even though I've lived in New Orleans and know how original gumbo is made. "Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"Clean room. Convenient location. Heard some road noise through the night but if you’re a heavy sleeper it shouldn’t bother you. One of the elevators was out of order so it took a little longer to get to and from 8th floor. I would most likely stay again for location."

"Staff was very welcoming. Appreciated the smiles after traveling a ways to get to Pittsburgh. Located right in the action in downtown Pittsburgh! Room was very nice. Was concerned because we were in a room that was right next to the elevator and across the hall from a family with kids. Was VERY IMPRESSED that we didn’t hear the elevator OR noise from the hall! Room seemed very insulated. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the breakfast in the morning but chose the hotel for that perk. Will definitely...
