"I really wanted to like this boutique hotel—the decor was stylish, the room had a great vibe, and the location was convenient. On the surface, it checks a lot of boxes. However, the “contactless reception” model ended up being a major drawback. There was effectively no staff available at any point during our stay. "Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"Clean room & good staff. I liked the location, but some people may not like the trains going by. My only complaint was the noise from the room Nextdoor. The connecting door although closed and locked did not block the voices from next door. Also the heat/air was very loud. The view was great and the beds super comfy. "

"Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Incredibly clean and quiet, and all around amazing. My only complaint is that the "bouncer" for the speakeasy was rude. He at one point told the lady next to me that we needed to "calm down" because we were laughing. It was saint Patrick's day weekend and the other guests in there were louder than we were, we just happened to be sitting near the doors. He also practically shoved me out of my seat when new customers came in and I was trying to say goodnight to a friend....
