"Great"

"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"Spacious room with modern decor, comfortable beds and spectacular view of the city, river and boats. We had breakfast at the Factory and it was excellent. The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. "Everything was amazing. From the staff to the conditions of the room, great choice if you want something reasonable around downtown Pittsburgh. I only found that the breakfast could have a little more options, but it was still good."

"Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid"

"Hotel muito bem localizados no centro de Pittsburgh. Era uma viagem curta apenas para assistir ao show da Madonna na cidade e foi ótimo porque ficava a 10 minutos do local do show. O hotel tem uma decoração muito bonita, cama confortável e quarto amplo. Se tivesse que fazer apenas uma observação, é em relação a pressão do chuveiro, muito fraca e demora a esquentar, principalmente numa cidade que no inverno bate temperaturas negativas.
