"Room is clean and comfortable. Staff is nice and easy to talk to. I wish I would have known that the valet is free. I asked one of the valet attendant where the hotel is and they pointed at a location but failed to tell us that the valet is free with the hotel room. If they would explain this to us would have save some headaches and time. Breakfast was nice and has a lot of options. "

"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"I have always enjoyed Fairmont property’s. The Fairmont in Pittsburgh is in a great location. Waking distance to PNC Park, and lots of good restaurants also in walking distance. The Strip District is a very short drive as well. The hotel staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern. There is a nice bar on the second floor and the brunch on the weekend is fantastic. "
