"The Florence room was beautiful & we really enjoyed our stay. Already talking about another visit!"

"I felt duped. This property is in a very run down neighborhood. The gated parking had a fence but no gate . You park at your own risk. While it is clean and rooms are decent, there are virtually no amenities. You would never walk anywhere from this location. The breakfast is , literally, a croissant sandwich. You get water or juice with it. We left after one night because we felt so uncomfortable. "

"Breakfast was a great variety. Coffee and hot water were lukewarm on first day. Much better second day of our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was larger than expected. Parking was easy and appreciated. "

"The breakfast was garbage it was cold and had only one meat which was turkey sausage and it was frozen . My room didn’t have no body soap nor enough wash rag or towels the pool did seem to clean and it didn’t even have a jacuzzi "

"The location is great. The hotel itself is run down. They offer a breakfast but it is not stocked in the mornings. We were down at 9:30 am (over at 10) and there was nothing left. The towels in our room were badly stained. The gym had the very basics. The smell outside the hotel smells like sewerage. Overall average but location is the seller. "

"Very near to the David Lawrence Convention center, allow anyone that is going for conferences to get there by foot. Hotel have a bit of a "dark" theme (noticed on room lights and key cards for the room). Besides that bed is very comfortable, and the lobby often have a lot of people drinking and interacting (think there was a wedding going on during my stay)."

"Everything was amazing. From the staff to the conditions of the room, great choice if you want something reasonable around downtown Pittsburgh. I only found that the breakfast could have a little more options, but it was still good."

"In town for a hockey game and stayed for 3 nights. Weather was in the 70s and the air conditioner in our room wasn't working. We asked to switch rooms and were able to. Air conditioner in our new room wasn't working either. We talked to some other guests and none of them were working, hallways were extremely hot and moist, had to sleep in 80 + degree heat. Also the listing says soundproofed rooms but were able to hear the neighbors being intimate which was disgusting. Not enough positives to...

"Everything wonderful; walls were a bit this and could hear noise easily- No white noise; unable to run fan on AC- loudly cut on and off- waking up w hallways light and noise. Other than that, the amenities are excellent and excellent all else. "
