"Mindy was such a lovely host who provided prompt and awesome communication! We appreciated the local scoop on Harrison the moose. This cabin was amazing and had everything we needed. The details in the cabin were all very thoughtful. The kitchen had a great variety of appliances and kitchen tools to use, the bed was comfy, the cabin clean and we love that the cabin is dog friendly! It is close and walking distance to the small town which is nice. We give five stars to Mindy and the cabin...

"We needed one night lodging en route to RMNP and this location was very convenient. Hotel size room sufficient for two adults. King size bed was very comfortable and toiletries teas coffee were available. A patio door allows direct access to outdoor setting area overlooking small water feature with fountain. Check in main lobby at center of the large complex on north side of building …we drove all the way around the parking lot before locating front desk to check in. "

"Our stay was wonderful at this cabin. The place was clean and comfortable with an easy check in and out process. We brought our dog up for a ski weekend and the place accomadated a dog nicely with a great big backyard and lots of walking trails nearby. We came up in subzero temperature so we didnt ski much but Brian was super helpful and let us checkin early due to the cold. Great communication and fast responses! so "

"Beautiful and very private location with a great hot tub close to Fairplay. The cabin is very well stocked and comfortable. I really enjoyed running on the Sacramento Creek Ranch trail network. It has about 3 miles of wooded and/or creekside trails ideal for running or hiking. I used the convenient back entrance at a gate (with a road closed sign) on the south side of Sacramento Creek Road about 1/3 of a mile west of the cabin. The first Sacrament Creek Ranch trail sign is about 1/3 of a mile...
