Brian was super responsive whenever we had a question as well. When you visit, be sure to screenshot all pertinent codes and check in info to get into the house, as we did not have signal to retrieve the info when we arrived…Brian DID include this in his directions , but I missed it so it is noteworthy. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Painted Pony Ranch! The property and surrounding location are as beautiful and relaxing as it gets, while being close enough to the surrounding towns for restaurants/groceries/etc. Kevin is an extremely friendly and accommodating host. "Clean and cozy old farmhouse on the river. The hosts were fabulous and so was the trout fishing on private land. The San Jaun mountains to the west offer hiking and biking. My boys expressed a desire to come back for multiple days next time and we surely will. Thank you for a great stay, wish we were there for more than 1 day!"
