"For a roadside motel this was above average, but not worthy of the rave reviews that brought me to stay here. It appears to be more of a bicyclists overnight stop. There is no early check-in unless you count the 30 minutes if you register yourself online. Staff arrived promptly at 3:30. For unknown reasons we were given a room with a swivel-in seat in the bathtub (like the one my 93 year old mother uses.) I took it out and used it as a luggage rack. The bathroom had one very small shelf above...

"The room was clean, spacious, and had a comfortable bed, at such an affordable price! The staff members were friendly and helpful. Great location for getting to the Grand Mesa, where we spent the day. The breakfast serving area was rather small and chaotic, with ok food (but we were glad to have it included)—otherwise everything was excellent and we will return and recommend to our friends."

"Nice place to stay. Very clean. The shower didn't have great pressure, so for someone who has a lot of hair, it took a long time to rinse out the shampoo. Staff was friendly and helpful. Close to grocery store, gas station and fast food. I would stay there again and it felt kind of off the beaten path, but minutes to a lot of things and downtown. I would recommend it. There is not a true restaurant now, but I was told by staff there will be one opening soon. They do have a buffet style breakfast...
