"I have stayed in several hotels in Sterling. The super 8 may not be posh, but it is quiet and comfortable, and budget friendly. The room itself was clean, but the sitting chair was quite dirty, so I covered it with the towel before sitting on it. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy, but I did not feel unsafe. The handicap bar in front of tub was difficult to maneuver around to turn on the shower. I think it has been put installed...

"The room was nice and clean. Bathroom was a little awkward. It was really big ,but it did the job. The breakfast was pretty sparce. The front desk people were very nice and friendly. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you. "

"I enjoyed that it was located very close to the Durango/Silverton train station that was our reason for coming to the area. Not a huge deal, but was wishing there was a pool/hot tub. Definitely would stay again."
