The entire historic property is high quality and well maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty! On-site 12 Spirits Tavern is convenient with a great vibe! "Fantastic location 2 blocks from Main Street in Ouray. Quiet neighborhood, and nice curb appeal. The rooms are small but very adequate. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Hot showers!!! The staff is the difference at Black Bear Manor. They are friendly, helpful, and there when you need them. The snacks and the breakfast are 5 Star!!! We ended up staying an extra night because we couldn’t stand the thought of leaving!!! Kudos to Black Bear!!!"
