"Equipe mal preparada, difícil comunicação, informações confusas, falta de dinâmica, não tem depósito de bagagem, não tem transfer p Jfk, café da manhã ruim, mal servido e tentam encerrar antes do horário divulgado"

"The air conditioning could be better every 30 minutes it would make a loud noise and wake me up through the night"

"Nice quirky old hotel. Has 3 floors but there are no elevators. Very steep stairs.The room did not have air conditioning (although other rooms apparently do) so thankfully it was cool enough outside to open the windows. They gave us a fan but we didn't use it. One window was missing the screen. The bathroom was passable but the door did not latch so it had to be held closed if we used the bathroom. Also no exhaust fan so taking a shower meant being in a fog afterward until the steam cleared out....

"Don’t book at this hotel. I’m not a type of person who likes writing reviews, but this was a must. I don’t want people to have a bad experience, the same way I did. First, this place is like a scam, its not described as it was on the internet. The place is disgusting, the room and bathroom overall is very dirty, smelly (most likely weed). I literally breathe during my stays, I booked it from Saturday to Monday, cause I needed to attend a concert at the UBS Arena, and this hotel was the closest....

"The rugs were filthy. The parking lot was stacked full of old beds. The subtle was not running. I think we got bedbugs. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life filthy dirty."

"The room was extremely small which isn't a big deal and although it looked clean at first, we saw the walls looked really dirty or stained & we kept finding long hair everywhere. The room was not kept up as in the floor was very worn with large dirty gaps which is definitely not a housekeeping issue.
