"This was the PERFECT place to bring my 4yr old the week before he started pre-K. Even though it is situation in the popular area of Playa Norte, it's a quiet alcove. Many mornings, we had the gorgeous pool all to ourselves (kudos to the lucky people that are able to sleep in!). The staff is friendly, restaurant is convenient & has great food options. The beach area in front of the hotel is much quieter than other nearby properties so we didn't have to compete for space. The condo itself was...

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sotavento! The accommodations were clean and well kept, it fit our family of five perfectly. Delia was incredibly helpful in arranging the transport from the airport to the vrbo on Isla Mujeres. The taxis drivers were great and this alleviated any challenges we may have encountered had it not been prearranged. The golf cart rental is a must and an easy way to navigate the island. Delia answered all of our questions in regard to activities on the island and...

"We absolutely loved this property! Frank , our host was VERY attentive to any requests and was super accomodating. The property had all of needs covered...and was super clean and comfortable. It was easy to catch a cab/bus in front of the property and a quick walk to to the grocery store. We would def stay again!"

"We loved staying at Casa Susanna! The location in the middle of the island worked great. We didn’t realize there was a restaurant/bar downstairs with live music most nights. What a treat! The condo is spacious and the views are spectacular. We walked to many places and Memo got us connected to taxi driver that handled the rest of our adventures. We also loved the pools. Most days we had the pool in the afternoon to ourselves. The walking path across the street was nice as well. "

"Em geral gostamos do hotel. O ponto negativo foi os restaurantes de especialidades, só conseguimos experimentar um deles. Acredito que o hotel deveria trabalhar com o sistema de reservas. Fomos com muita antecedência (Duas horas para o encerramento) e já estavam todos esgotados para a noite."

"O hotel é sossegado, para que gosta de tranquilidade . O cardápio se tornará repetitivo se ficar no all inclusive por mais de quatro dias. A localizacao e conforto sao ótimos. A maioria dos funcionários são excelentes no atendimento, principalmente os do restaurante Sabor. O atendimento no beach club da praia é visivel o bom atendimento de alguns meseiros aos brasileiros."

"De longe o melhor Resort que já fui. Todos os restaurantes temáticos com um ótimo cardápio e com alto nível gastronômico. Todos os funcionários prestativos. Usamos muito a piscina silenciosa, onde não tem o agito dos hospedes. Todas as bebidas e drinks são de alto nível. Recomendo a todos irem no Bar De La Calle, onde tem drinks exclusivos. Nossa suíte era gigante, cama impecável. Resumindo: Se querem descansar e ter um otimo tratamento tem que ir !"
