"Great instructions on the property.Fantastic location and quiet area."

"Clean, comfortable and well located accommodations. The AC worked very well and was highly needed during record breaking high temperatures during our stay. As a caveat, the stairwell to this upper floor flat is steep and narrow. Maneuvering with large or heavy bags could be a challenge to some. Our group of 5 had plenty of space, both alone and together. The beds were comfy. We made good use of the washer/ dryer and the cozy kitchen. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay here."

"Super nette Vermieterin, tolle Wohnung mit super Einrichtung und Parkplatz. Klasse Anbindung zur City."

"Great communication from the host and excellent location in London. They were also very accomodating for our early check-in.BUT the place is dated, somewhat rough, and in need of a refurb - peeling paint, a broken bedside table, rusty old fixtures, and tons of carpet stains. This place has the bones to be an actual luxurious flat, but the wear and tear is considerable."

"Excellent unit, very convenient to Paddington station with no noise problem. Only concern is the steep, narrow staircase to access unit, which may be typical in London. Believe future users should be aware of stairs in case they have issues with climbing. Particular hazard if transporting large suitcase. Otherwise, no concerns. Mid week cleaning very nice bonus."

"Nice Place, would stay again!"

It suitable for someone who has a disability problems walking.. we could only use three bedrooms instead of four as the small bedroom with the bunkbeds had a smell of overpowering sealant in it and it could not be used . Stairs going to kitchen could do with an extra hand rail . Not really suitable for 9 people as only one family bathroom and 1 en-suite. .also not enough sofas for 9 persons . Coffee machine did not work . Could do with a heavy...

"Celebrating my 40th in Bath was everything I hoped for and more and this stay made the experience truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and comfortable. The property was beautifully maintained, full of charm, and perfectly located for exploring the city’s stunning architecture, shops, restaurants, and historic sites. "

"Poor location, AI pics on Vrbo and the reality was awful the lads stayed 1 night and checked out. Awful comms. Everything by text and mail. Please avoid at all costs."

"Excellent experience from start to finish. "
