"The property was very clean, and had appropriate bedding and bath towels for our family group of five. The location was great, right across the street from Harrods, and Knightsbridge train station. The building lift worked. I would book this flat again!"

"Basically within 10 minutes OR LESS of everything. But, you have to be fit. Those 70 stairs are a hike. We workout daily and I felt it!! You must be capable of that. It’s tight and no balcony but it’s not noisy at all. It’s opposite the Gielgud theatre. Right by Chinatown. Overall I would say this is exactly as advertised and it’s perfect if you want the London”scene”. Piccadilly Circus tube is a 2 min walk!! "

"It is hard to beat the location of The Leonard. Sitting on the edge of Marylebone and Mayfair, it's easy to get anywhere. The hop on hop off buses have a large stop two blocks away. The staff was friendly, and the room was clean. It was a great home base for our London adventure. I would definitely stay there again."

We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. "It’s a great and lively location in Camden Town, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Conveniently, there’s a grocery store right next door. The host is wonderful and communicative. Inside the home, although it’s quite small, it was sufficient for one person and very clean, which I greatly appreciated. The hallway and corridor outside the apartment are a bit old and not very clean, but that’s understandable since they’re shared areas that the host has less control over.The check-in...

"The apartment was well suited for the 3 of us. We did have a little trouble finding it the first go round as we thought it was a much shorter walk from the train station. (May have been our faulty navigational skills.) The only thing that might be a real issue for some people (not us) the apartment is really on the 2nd floor, up a flight of narrow steps.
