"Let me first start by saying that the communication with the owner was fantastic. They responded to our needs very quickly, which was appreciated.The apartment is rundown. We understand that these are old buildings in central London, however, the furnishings were all broken, dirty, and needed to be replaced. It looks like the bathroom had been remodeled somewhat recently. The drain clogged in the shower, but they were quick to repair that.The space is OK. There are two twins or a king bed in one...

"This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family! Very clean and modern. Comfortable stay for our weekend in London."

Inside the home, although it’s quite small, it was sufficient for one person and very clean, which I greatly appreciated. "The apartment was well suited for the 3 of us. We did have a little trouble finding it the first go round as we thought it was a much shorter walk from the train station. (May have been our faulty navigational skills.) The only thing that might be a real issue for some people (not us) the apartment is really on the 2nd floor, up a flight of narrow steps. "This was a ground floor apartment with very little ventilation as there was only a small window in the kitchen. It was supplied with 1 fan for a 2 story flat. In the heat wave that Europe was experiencing it was not comfortable or I felt healthy to try to stay and checked into a hotel immediately. I was given no refund or offer of a portable a/c unit and told it was not a hotel."
