"We had a very comfortable stay in a twin room with a huge bathroom (no sea view). The room was clean and had everything we needed including a fan (although I had to clean it before use). The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Boat House is nice and close to the beach and both Ryde and Seaview are walkable. Breakfast was lovely with lots of choice."

"Property was very clean and had everything that we needed. It did have two bedrooms which would be OK if you had two adults and two small kids. Not enough room for 4 adults, but it was perfect for my husband and myself.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the lady working in reception who was wonderful and very understanding when we accidentally booked the wrong date for checking out.
The location was great in Seaview, walking distance to the sea with some lovely eating places...

"Seaview is a lovely quiet village with a couple of easy walks to a number of beaches, parks and wetland reserve. Brilliant pub on seafront and fab ice cream shop, both 2 to 3 mins walk. Accommodation was set back on a quiet street. Lovely private garden. Kitchen well stocked for home cooking. Beds comfortable. Loved all the paperbacks.
No upstairs bathroom but not a problem with a family group."

"A central location with easy street parking. Beautifully refurbished with comfortable beds and seating. Easy on the eye. Great shower room etc. Downside was a yard that I could nt imagine sitting in and directly onto the street which meant keeping blinds 2/3 closed for privacy so no natural light. Well kitted out but needed a microwave in the utility room, and complicated CH gadget needed new batteries"
