"Great host and property had a lovely stay"

"We had the best stay in this beautiful shepherds hut. The location was perfect, the position of the shepherds hut allowed for guest privacy while also offering wonderful views and outdoor space. The accommodation was perfect with everything you could need. Would highly recommend. "

"Huge garden for the dogs (although there is a small gap in fence) , clean light and bright bungalow, central for our needs."

"The house was beautiful and furnished to a high standard, the garden was lovely . Little more attention to cleaning as there were a lot of cobwebs in the dining room. Also windows need a little attention as they are peeling, and could have done with a clean on the outside"

"I see a late minute booking discount , i rang to ask a couple of questions ,i was so pleased with the customer service , i booked the cottage for 9 of us (5 kids) then rang back about a ferry discount , and also was helped, and got this , the cottage was beautiful and clean , the reception ladies were lovely , my daughter said we never got milk , i opened the fridge ,and they had put 2 pints in there , fresh eggs every morning , 1 hour entry to the farm before the public , discount on activities...

"Lovely compact property in a beautiful location, very close to Canada Common where we saw horses, donkeys, cattle and pigs and easy walking distance to many pubs. A fantastic Autumn break. Thank you!"

"The main door is awkward. The joining instructions said the indoor handle might break if the door is opened too wide without care. The handle was broken before we arrived, but still operated. The beds are very low, and could be awkward for anyone with a disability. Similarly, the main door, although perfectly wide for a wheelchair doesn't have a ramp, so there is a step, perhaps a surprise for a ground floor property. The bedrooms could do with chairs. The property details folder was on the...

"Good location for using bus and train, able to leave car on driveway. Nearby supermarkets. Comfortable, clean home, quiet area, extremely happy with our short break. Thank you."

"Perfect place and very quite lovely and cosy. Thanks Richard👍👍"

"Overall really disappointed. Good location and functional but upon checking in there were obvious stains in the bedroom and landing. When we tried to sleep all we could smell was urine. The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the...

"We had a great time, lovely neighborhood, location is easy access to needed items. Marvin is an excellent host. He responds right away with all questions. For a home that is 140 years old it is in excellent shape. Beautifully decorated. Everything we needed was there. Big plus to be on the water. Thank you Marvin!"
