"I'm disappointed! - When we arrived, we discovered 1. one of the two toilets was out of order, 2. a mirror was broken, 3. a radiator panel had fallen off, and 4. and worst of all: a window was off-hinged, which caused odors and noise from the pub below, leading to short and unpleasant nights! Unfortunately, nothing was done to remedy the situation. - We didn't feel safe either, with all the drunks and homeless people at night! On the last day, the door was even kicked in..."
