"A beautifully furnished and comfortable studio apartment very centrally located in Earls Court . The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had a washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge - everything you would need for a short London stay. Unfortunately we arrived in a heat wave and there was little to NO ventilation in the flat and only a fan that could not cool the place. "The room was clean and spacious enough for a short trip. I did appreciate having a washer and dryer (one unit) in the room. There aren't any cleaning services or garbage removal unless requested, but it's an extra charge, so the bin was overflowing by the end of our trip. But the location is great, the building is clean and the shopping convenient. There is a whole foods for groceries, lots of restaurants and tons of shopping. Worth the price."

"Checking in, we met another guest trying to enter our room as they've been shuffled around (whole building booked). Our codes didnt work and had to communicate for a while to grab the right ones.
We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. The owner/manager confirmed that we were given the "correct room" and that the amenities booked for the deluxe room were the same given to us,...
