"A very large and spacious apartment - plenty of room for a family of four (could sleep six), a fantastic base for a sightseeing trip in NYC. Plenty of shops and amenities nearby, a five minute walk to the subway and a ten minute walk to Central Park. Communication with the host was excellent and the use of Door app for entry and access to a luggage holding room for our arrival/departure days meant we could make the most of our time in the city. Would highly recommend and would love to stay here...

"The central location was very convenient and made it easy to get around. However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it."

"Clean, efficient and excelent spor with easy access to subway and greenway"

A cozinha americana é espaçosa e bem equipada.

"Thank you for your attention. We were very pleased. It is also in a wonderful location. See you next time!"

"Lugar maravilhoso, localização melhor impossível pelo custo benefício,,, esquina d Broadway, camas mto boas chuveiro quentinho … ficaria sempre neste local , nos atendeu perfeitamente, checkin mto fácil ! Amamos "

"The building is dirty, there are bugs in the bathroom, only one toilet per floor, the air conditioning barely works, device is terrible, the people who check you in and out treat you super bad like they are doing you a favor. You cannot call that a hotel, worst place I have ever been in my life."

"Does not accommodate 5 people as described. There was only 1 king bed and 2 small sofas, one was able to lay flat, like a very small futon and the other was just a narrow sofa."

"Midtown Manhattan two bedroom with bathroom.... convenient and easy to access.Good communication from the host.Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. There is no kitchenette but there is a fridge and microwave.Would stay again if in the city.Recommended"
