"Positive points: - I arrived a little earlier (1h before 3pm) and they let me into the room without any problem (I believe this varies according to the hotel's capacity and time of year) - Close to metro and bus stations - Shopping Mall practically next door (Skyview) with excellent stores such as Target, Sephora and Outlets (Adidas and Nike) - There were 2 bottles of mineral water in the room for consumption (complimentary) - Decor just like in the pictures (very good taste) - Comfortable and...

"Loved our stay at the Arches. There are restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance, as well as a subway stop. The parking garage is staffed 24/7. The apartment was extremely spacious and bright, the bathroom had a tub. It was absolutely perfect for a family. We did have issues with a family hanging out in the hallway after midnight for a looong time, they were very loud. But that’s not due to the property itself."

"The best part about the property is the location and its proximity to Times Square and yet being far enough so that you can get some peaceful sleep. The amenities are great and it is pretty decently spacious as per NY standards. The furniture and floors are wooden and do creak a bit but the living experience is great. "

"Além do quarto ser relativamente maior do que a média dos quartos em NYC, achei que haviam uma série de amenidades que ajudaram a fazer minha hospedagem mais confortável (máquina de café nespresso, ferro de passar, shampoo e condicionador). "

"Estadia perfeita, hotel fica pra ticamente na Times Square, na mesma rus do Rockfeller, top of the rock e muito proximo de muitas atracoes. Cama boa e chuveiro muito bom, o fato de termos geladeira, microondas e cafeteira no quarto facilitou muito a questao de alimentacao. Recomendo este hotel. Nao me cobraram nenhuma taxa adicional."
