Huge bath that five kids all got in together and has a blast. Close to warnick which was cute. We did vineyards and farm activities. Lots of foliage. Close to the lake. Would go back for sure!"

"This wonderful cottage has every amenity a traveler could want.. A beautiful modern kitchen, electric fireplace, lots of LED lighting, ample seating, extremely comfortable bed/pillows, and a huge smart tv. The neighborhood is gorgeous, and the property is located near many places worth visiting. Bear Mountain State Park, and the Storm King Art Center, just to name a few. "The house is perfect for a foursome buddy trip and Patrick was great to work with. Next time (and there definitely will be a next time!) we'll be utilizing the bbq and stocking the house with meats and produce from their Farm across the street. Couldn't have asked for more including the refrigerator full of IPA's! Now if we just played better on the course.......lol"

"My family was down for the Spartan race weekend. The property is in a perfect location for proximity to the mountain, as well as Beaches and playgrounds for the kids. It comfortably fit four adults and two kids, and the fenced yard was great for the dog. Michael is a thoughtful and responsive owner, and we are looking forward to staying again next time we are down."

"Thank you Ginny we had a lovely stay at your cottage. Was exactly as pictured! Was perfect for a night away. The only feedback we have is there was no body wash/soap or shampoo (but 3 bottles of conditioner) for the shower. And also in the main bedroom, the center support of the bed frame would shift even just getting into and out of bed. We were a little concerned it might give way but it held and mattress was comfortable. Besides those notes we would definitely recommend staying here!"

The oven door was locked and the electric igniter would click constantly even if we were not using the range. - the kitchen is not well equipped for cooking. The only two pans were tiny omelette pans. The toaster is broken. - the awning on the porch doesn’t work which seemed east enough to fix. - several of the beds are very uncomfortable - I disclosed when booking...

"We loved our stay. The home is very clean and comfortable. The view of the lake is excellent, and we had the great experience of waking up to watching swans swimming. The location is excellent for a walk into town. Jack is also quick to respond to messages, and the check in and check out process was very easy. Great stay!"
