They actually charge a "resort" fee for the very things that any hotel includes in the price of the room, i.e. gym, pool, etc they actually said it included local and domestic calls....it's a lovely property and location but it is not a resort nor should they be able to charge an extra fee. No better or worse than a normal hotel. "

"We love staying here because the rooms are much nicer than any other hotel in the area. The kitchenette’s are very useful, and having windows that actually open and dedicated work spaces are so wonderful. We stay there about once a month for work, and the mattresses are sometimes too stiff, and it’d go a long way to have robes in the rooms too! Especially for such a beautiful boutique hotel! "

"This is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in the Roslyn area. The rooms are modern and clean. The fitness room has nice equipment. One downside is that the lobby and normal breakfast area were under construction and completely sealed off, which detracted from the experience. Would have been good if that were disclosed when I was booking. Another pet peeve is the $3.00 charge for a bottle of water in the room. This differs from other major hotel chains I frequent."

"Food at the Bistro was delicious. The staff there were very nice. Evan at check in, was personable and efficient. The negatives were; no windows in the rooms and the Air conditioner in my room did not work. Maintenance came and made adjustments but did not fix anything. I slept in a warm room for two nights."
