"Excelente em todos os aspectos. Ganhamos um upgrade para a Penthouse B (na cobertura), com excelente espaço, móveis, cama e comodidades de cozinha. Vi comentários sobre os móveis serem antigos, mas não tivemos nenhum problema com isso e tudo estava em ótimo estado. Todos os funcionários são muito atenciosos e educados. A localização da acomodação é espetacular. Realmente uma excelente opção. "

"The beds were comfy. The sink would not drain so we had to use the bath faucet instead. Four towels were provided, another couple would have been nice. The location was wonderful and highlight of our stay. We will be back, thank you NYC!"

"Location can't be beat-it was close to many desired activities. Apartment was small, hot water took a long while to get warm, only provided 2 towels and 2 washcloths for 3 people (5 night stay), 1 partial roll of toilet paper provided, floor in bathroom had cracked tiles with small pieces missing and a/c unit stopped working on second day. Maintenance was prompt to fix the a/c but host never responded to requests for more toilet paper and towels. We did get more toilet paper and 2 towels from...

"during our stay I looked through all the reviews and saw all of our issues being addressed multiple times, as far back as 5 months. Multiple light fixtures were broken, we had 1 working standing lamp upstairs, 1 tiny light in the bathroom.There were 2 sofa beds, one of which had a broken leg in the middle.
