"A comfortable and welcoming place to stay"

"The staff were friendly and the lobby layout was very nice for my personal needs of having a small family gathering. However, the building seemed to require a bit of upkeep from the outside and there were glasses still on the table in the lobby which had been there since the night before. I had guests on Friday evening and the carpet needed a vacuuming unless they do it in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but some TLC was needed."

"Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again."

"The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. We booked a suite and it was spacious and clean. The breakfast was very nice. The pool was disappointing. It was unclean and there were hairs and bugs floating in it. The pool water actually looked stagnant, so maybe the filter wasn't working. The pool walls and floor were filthy. We were so grossed out that we couldn't even use it. The air conditioner in our room wouldn't not get cold even after setting it to 60. Check in and check out were easy...

"Foi uma hospedagem estratégica, para chegar a NYC mais rápido no dia seguinte. Mas o hotel é muito bom e tem um ótimo restaurante, que parece ser o ‘point’ da cidade. "

"A estadia foi boa, pois o desejo era usar a piscina (que não tinha algum hóspede agendado). No quarto, a limpeza estava ok, mas as funcionárias da limpeza falam sem parar e alto. Outro ponto a se considerar é a troca do colchão. "
