Make yourself at home in this fully-equipped studio at LIFE Bucerias, a brand-new development located in the heart of Bucerias' Golden Zone, just steps from the beach and from excellent restaurants serving all kinds of food. Enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning from your private balcony with a view, don't miss a day of training at the fitness center, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area. This brand-new studio has a king-size bed, a 55" Smart TV, and a full bathroom with a "rain" shower. The balcony has exterior chairs and a table to enjoy the sunsets and the breeze of the Pacific Ocean. The windows have a UV protection film to keep the studio cool and provide privacy during the day (no one can see in). The kitchenette countertop is made of granite and is equipped with a small electric stove, a microwave oven, a mini-fridge, a blender, a coffee maker, and all the basics for cooking. *** This studio has a connecting door to an apartment with a king-size bed, two full bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. When available they can be rented together to make a two-bedroom, three-bathroom unit with three beds for up to 6 guests.
