"Felix was a friendly, communicative and gracious host. Our stay was very comfortable and pleasant. "

"We had a lot of issues with using the parking garage and getting access to the unit and the pool/gym. There were no keys to the apartment so we couldn't lock the doors or access common areas. The keys were supposed to be in a lockbox but apparently were taken by other guests. We were then sent an app to use to open the front lobby and the elevator.
