"I requested to change dates, which wasnt executed. So, I cancelled and re-booked with the new dates. That second reservation then got cancelled, days later wo my request. I had to quickly rebook (for the 3rd time). The communication re: ID is very clunky. Information is provided, then a daily automated email requests more. Plus multiple requests for Info in different emails. Even when information is provided, more requests come thru for the same info. You have to fix the Processes. The onsite...
