"This condo was really nicely designed, and the unit is well laid out with great amenities. Everything was spotless, and their view of Hollywood was really nice, especially at night. Natural light fills the condo, and it also has really handy blackout shades for when you’re sleeping. "the inside space was clean and tidy. check-in was easy and directions were clear. owners were kind and there were no major issues. the kitchen was stocked with appliances (though many seemed to have not been used or cleaned in awhile). overall very nice. we did feel, however, that the outside was slightly misrepresented in that there was no private outdoor space for us - the lovely patio is shared with the owners and feels very much like you are in their space. we had been hoping for a place...

"Mark our host is welcoming and helpful with information of what to do in the area. He responds to our questions quickly. The location is walking distance to the beach. "This suite has a good location in Venice Beach, close to grocery and drug stores. Finding a variety of restaurants within walking distance, however, was a bit more challenging. If you like Mexican and/or BBQ, you’re in luck. Beyond that, you’ll need a vehicle.This suite is perfectly sized for two people and we enjoyed the thoughtful design in such a small area.
