"My stay was good, as usual, but this time I paid for a ocean view suite and got a side view with partial parking lot view, not the same as the ones I stayed before. It was a bit frustrating, I try to change my room at the frontdesk but none was available. It was one my least satisfying stays there, I stayed there for more than 5 years and this was the first time I get a different room from what I saw at the booking page...well, I don't thing I will come back after that, but apologies are accepted, maybe with more than 15% discount offer (which I didn't use it) I'll considere staying again."
