The Neighborhood:

Puerto Aventuras is a gated, family-friendly community in the heart of the Riviera Maya, about 15 minutes from Playa del Carmen and 30 minutes from Tulum. It offers 24/7 controlled access, a private marina, golf course, calm beaches, restaurants, cafés, shops and basic services all inside the gates.



From the condo you can walk or bike to the beach, the marina, the waterfront restaurant area and many water activities. The atmosphere is quiet and safe, perfect for families, couples and remote workers who want something more peaceful and residential than Playa del Carmen, but still close to everything.



Getting Around:

Inside Puerto Aventuras, the easiest way to get around is on foot, by bike or by golf cart. From the condo you can walk to the beach, marina, restaurants and shops, so you don’t need to use your car all the time.



If you rent a car, it’s very easy to explore the Riviera Maya: Playa del Carmen is about 15 minutes away, Tulum around 30–40 minutes, and there are cenotes and parks a short drive away. We can also help you arrange bike rentals, golf carts or private transfers at an extra cost.
