"This was a great 2 day!!! Room was perfectly located by the ocean. Around a lot of food and shopping. Parking was easy, check in and out were easy. Thanks for decorating for my birthday. I will return "
"It has all the amenities and beach access of a larger resort with a small resort atmosphere.the service was great the staff was friendly and attentive and it was near a convenience store for basic essentials although a larger resort has more socializing you get direct beach access, music, and service and the pool was very clean.Everything youd expect in a tulum resort...rooms were very comfy however it needed a litle more comfortable seating for those that enjoy breaks from playa indoors.."
"So I’ve been to 37 countries so far and stayed at many places internationally and I will say that the front desk was outstanding at the concierge seriously always there for you no matter what time it was! They were there to give us advice on where to go and the best places and they were all really warm and welcoming through our entire stay! Also if there was ever an issue they were prompt at fixing the problem! The hotel was gorgeous and it was my friend reunion trip and we have been to Morocco...

"Uman glamping est vraiment en fin de la zone hôtelière du coup c'est plutot calme ce que je recherchais. la plage est a quelques pas et surtout pas bondée de monde.
Le logement est simple et efficace, la cuisine est accessible pour se faire a manger. Le petit déjeuner est simple également mais fait son job mais surtout servi avec le sourire 🙂.
Le cadre est vraiment top.
Mon seul regret? Ne pas être venue plus tot dans mon séjour."
"El lugar es bonito con cabañitas amplias y comodas . Para mi gusto faltaria un calentador de agua y quizas una cafetera para no tener que molestar en recepcion. Los alrededores son tranquilos teniendo en cuenta que el hotel esta en la zona hotelera de Tulum, lo cual significa que en menos de cinco minutos te encuentras en plena zona de restaurantes, bares y clubs.
Un plus es el cenote desde donde puedes tomar el sol y bañarte tranquilamente."
"Our stay at Nest Tulum in May 2025 was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The property is absolutely stunning—nestled in a lush, serene part of Tulum, just steps from the beach, with a peaceful and beautifully curated design that perfectly blends nature and luxury. A private parking space on the grounds was offered free of charge, which made everything even more convenient.

"Disappointing, the reception service is very poor!
Just like the concierge service, it was not satisfactory.
The breakfast is not plentiful.
The beach service is slow.
I could not drink the wine I had received at another hotel because the popular one had an additional charge of 150 dollars. The pool in the room was cold and full of ants around it. There were no corkscrews or wine glasses in the room. The mattress and pillows were uncomfortable. There was no indoor parking or valet parking. The signage inside the hotel is practically non-existent. All the staff are cold and indifferent and seem to dislike their work. The hotel does not deliver what the customer expects. They did not offer us the VIP Expedia benefits including the 20% discount on consumption.
I did not feel welcomed at any time. Everything seemed very pretentious and indifferent. I was sad because I had a good impression from a previous stay at this hotel.
Maybe in the future I will give the hotel a second chance. But they need to improve the service a lot."
