"Our stay at Olivia Oceanfront Tulum was absolutely incredible! We traveled with a group of friends, and it was the perfect place for an unforgettable Tulum getaway. The beautiful setting, relaxing atmosphere, and amazing amenities made our stay even more special. The Guest Experience team was amazing and helped us throughout our stay with great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and places to explore. The check-in process was quick and easy, and our room was clean, comfortable, and...

"Now THIS is a special property. We’ve now stayed in 6 of the Tulum Beach road hotels and this is our absolute favourite. This is an incredibly intimate small boutique hotel with amazing design and attention to detail, absolutely incredible food and the most wonderful team of staff. We were blown away by the service from start to finish. Whilst we stayed at Xela, they arranged for dinner at Nu, private dining on their rooftop to watch the sunset, we got to rescue baby sea turtles and return them...

"The hotel was excellent only surpassed by the wonderful staff form all parts of the hotel. What lovely people who make the experience a truly pleasurable and memorable trip."

"This hotel is gorgeous! The beach & view were stunning & lots going on in the area. Our room couldn’t have been better. I have stayed all over the world & have never had a friendlier or more accommodating staff. They went out of their way to make sure all of our needs were met. They even helped us with transportation & outside excursions. Luis at the front desk was especially helpful & always had a smile! The food was great too.. breakfast, dinner, margaritas… everything! I can’t say enough...

No final da estadis me devolveram o dinheiro!

"Definitivamente, a melhor escolha em Tulum. Muito bem localizado, staff incrível, vista linda, quartos limpos e elegantes!"

"I was asked to review some policies of this hotel afeter some complains of other customers. Breakfast was included in my reservation. Every morning after breakfast I asked for the bill to sign. The waiter always let clear that there was nothing to pay because breakfast was included. Only sign here, they said. When I checkout for my surprise I had 650 to pay for TIPS. Tips I never gave or Autorized. The hotel is great but that kind of behavior is ofensive and dishonest. It was not for the...

"Great hotel, jungle style. The beach is right across the street, you stay in the chain hotels (they have towels and beach service). The food is great! Rooms is more in the romantic/cozy style, lightning is more into some dark mood, but not a problem if you're into that! Service is great, people eager to be gentle and help you out. The bikes (free) are excelent. We liked a lot and do recomend."

"Hotel pequeno e confortável, quarto espaçoso, cama e lençóis limpos, sacola de praia,água no quarto. Bem localizado. "
