The Space:

King bed, A/C, Smart TV, balcony, oven & microwave. 4 elevators and prime central location make it perfect for a comfortable and convenient stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have free parking (1 car per unit), security staff, a 24/7 reception desk, biometric access to the building, CCTV throughout the building, and keyless electronic access to the unit. A safe is also available for your valuables.



Upon arrival, guests must register and present their ID at reception. Access to this building is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition). Therefore, during the check-in process, guests must register one of these methods to gain subsequent entry to the building. By making a reservation, guests agree to this policy and understand that no refunds will be issued if they do not agree with this procedure.



The Neighborhood:

Just 2 blocks from vibrant 5th Avenue, the area offers countless restaurants nearby, yet remains quiet and peaceful—away from bars and nightlife. A MEGA supermarket is just 3 blocks away, and there’s an OXXO convenience store right across the street for anything you need.



Getting Around:

We’re just 1 block from Plaza Las Perlas, a pickup point for Xcaret tours. Public transportation is easily accessible on Avenida 30, only 3 blocks away, and we’re 6 blocks from the Federal Highway, where vans to Cancún and other nearby destinations pass frequently.



Other Things to Note:

- Travel crib/cot available for $15 USD per stay (includes mattress, sheets & blanket). Limited availability — request in advance and wait for our confirmation.

-- Complimentary starter kit included on arrival: toilet paper, trash bag, soap and shampoo. These items are not restocked.

- Salt, oil & pepper available upon request before 5:00 PM.

- Check-in at reception with ID. Building access is via biometric system (fingerprint or facial recognition); by booking you agree to register it. No refunds if you decline this procedure.

- Linen/towel changes and full cleaning are available for an extra fee. Daily cleaning is not included — please request services 24 hours in advance.

- Please take care of linens and towels. Do not use them for makeup removal or floor cleaning to avoid extra charges.

- For stays of 28+ nights, electricity is billed separately. For stays of 7+ nights, a mandatory weekly linen/towel change applies at an additional cost.

- This apartment is located on the ground floor



The building has two swimming pools: one on the ground floor, family-friendly and suitable for children, and another on the rooftop, exclusively for those over 16 years of age; we appreciate you taking this into account when booking.



Interaction with Guests:

Our on-site staff is available from 9AM to 5PM, and our guest support team is reachable via message from 9AM to midnight. For emergencies outside these hours, we're also available by phone. Check-in is fully self-service with keyless entry for your convenience.
