From the living room and rooftop swimming pool patio you have a beautiful view of the International Soccer field and sports complex and complementory access to all that it has to offer, including tennis courts, basketball court, walking track, zumba classes and much more. You are located one block from the best Chedraui Selecto grocery store in Playa. From the rooftop you have a view of the carribean sea and an occasional ship coming to and from the Cozumel port.

Great Central Location

Property and pool were great. Communication regarding check-in / check-out, and miscellaneous questions were great. Staff at condo facility were always kind and helpful. Central location was great for access to beach, 5th Avenue, neighborhood restaurants and supermarket. We loved watching soccer games from the pool.

Great stay

The property was exactly as described (read the reviews, some amenities are not listed but available in the unit). Some people found it noisy at night based on the reviews, but with the room divider and the door closed, we were not bothered at all (and we usually sleep with white noise at all times at home). Only thing we did not use was the balcony, as it was really narrow and just above street level (with glass guardrail), but it wasn’t really a bother. Rooftop pool and terrasse were a must, clean, well furnished and never ever crowded. Lots of restaurants, coffee places and shops open for a wide range of hours and all within walking distance. We did not have a car and figure we could always rent one if we wanted to, but it wasn’t needed at all. Please note that they have an alcohol ban during their elections (the day prior and the day of), only restaurants/bars near the 5th avenue were serving alcohol since it’s a more touristic area and most shops and restaurants closed early that weekend. All in all, we would definitely come back !

Great time at Horizonte 34

This Condo is in the heart of Playa Del Carmen and a 5 minute walk to 5th Avenue. Great restaurants all around, my favourite was Chez Papa’s. Everything you need is within a 5 minute walk. The pool is amazing, with incredible views. Super attentive property owners and management company.

Always Perfect

This is the second time I have stayed at this property and it was just as awesome as the first time. So perfectly located as walking distance(10 min) to a beach, and grocery store only one block away. Lovely, quiet and comfortable.

Perfect Paradise

Wonderful apartment , great location, not too far and not to close to all the business of 5th ave. The California king bed was extremely comfortable, better than the beds in any of the 5 star resorts I have stayed in. The roof top pool has some shade and was the perfect spot to relax after a long day out and about. I will definately stay here again.

We really enjoyed the roof top pool. The location is close to everything. The apartment is just above the street next to a busy intersection and was very loud. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend if you are okay with traffic noise.

Well located

We enjoyed the comfortable condo that was suitable for our stay. The rooftop pool was great especially after a day at the beach. It was centrally located to restaurants, stores, and 5th street activities within 5-10 minute walk.

Awesome place, close to all accomodations and to the beach

This place is awesome. Marguerite, the host is very kind and very easy to reach, even during the stay. The local manager Adriana is very helpful and also very easy to reach via WhatsApp. She was waiting for us on our first arrival, took the time to make the tour of the condo with us and gave us hints and advice on the closest accommodations. The information she gave us was very helpful. There's absolutely everything close by from restaurants (and I mean all kinds of restaurants, from chicken to pizza to Mexican food...), grocery stores, and even the Walmart is within walking distance from the Condo. The Mamita's beach is a 10-minute walk from the condo. We went to the beach by Calle 38 Street, It's a very safe and beautiful street with a plethora of wonderful restaurants and there's also an Oxxo convenience store at the end of the street, a few steps from the beach, very practical for grabbing snacks or refreshments during the day at the beach... There's good air circulation and 2 powerful ACs in the condo to keep you cool. There's also a gorgeous patio with umbrellas, a large double-depth pool a shower and 2 restrooms on the roof but unfortunately, the pool was closed for repairs during our stay so we haven't been able to enjoy it. However, despite this, we enjoyed our stay very much and will book again soon.

Absolutely Amazing Condo

The location of the condo is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and walking distance to 5th Ave. I love love love the grocery store a block or so away from the condo. Very high end products there. The condo is gorgeous and new. Stocked with everything you could possibly need including chairs for the beach. The roof top pool is beautiful. I would rent this place again and will recommend it to friends and family. I’m very impressed :)

Great stay at a great place!

We had a bit of a mix-up with a listing issue and the manager and owner were quick to make things right. The building and this specific condo are great - easy access to 5th Ave, great local restaurants, the grocery store, etc. The owner supplies not just the necessities, but great extras too - a small cart for walking to/from the grocery, beach chairs & umbrella, etc. Before we even left, we had already sent the link to friends to recommend they stay here too!

Everything was as promised

This property is as comfortable, well kept and well stocked as advertised. It is super well located and within a short walk from anything and everything you may need. The owner, Marguerite and the property manager, Andrea were wonderful to deal with and very helpful. We truly had a wonderful stay and hope to return in the near future.

Excellent stay

This property is beautiful. The property owners and manager are very easy to deal with, friendly and communicate effortlessly. The condo suite is large and could accommodate 4-5 people The building is airy and well kept, the pool is beautiful with a nice view of the track field . The track field , the big selecto grocery store and 5th avenue are all within walking distance. I will return! It was a lovely stay. I definitely recommend.

Comfortable location within 10 minutes of 5th. Ave. and only 5 minutes to the beautiful new grocery store, Chedraui. The apartment was clean and spacious enough for the 2 of us. The building is well maintained and the rooftop pool was clean and the surroundings comfortable with plenty of seating & umbrellas. We enjoyed are stay so much we've booked for next year. Great location, awesome rooftop pool

Overall, a good stay. Apartment was clean and kitchen was very well stocked. Rooftop pool was very nice with adequate loungers and shaded area. No need for a car as restaurants and chopping are close by. Our rental representative, Jessy, was very personable, helpful and responsive to our questions. Her boss, Lillianne, the owner of Blue Playa Agency, was abrasive and rude. Two other couples we met while staying there had issues with her also; to the point where one of the couples will not stay there again due to her. She needs an attitude adjustment.

Immaculate place with all you need

A perfect condo with everything you need in terms of kitchen items, towels, bedding, beach chairs, etc. It is exactly as shown on the web. The only negative to this place is the car traffic noise (this condo is just above street level) on a noisy corner. There is also a bar across the street that plays loud music late into the night on Thursday to Sunday nights. The condo itself is perfect though and the roof deck and pool are excellent! There are many restaurants within walking distance and away from 5th avenue where you can get cheaper meals that are fantastic. Our only reason for not staying here again is the traffic and bar noise. We would still recommend it to others though.

We enjoy being in this condo, it was safe, with good location, near beach, 5th street and restaurant

Jessy was our manager and did a great job, easily reached and we had two cleanings in an 11 day stay. We would come back. The roof pool was great, secure underground parking with a 24 hour security guard. Great price for what you receive.

Well appointed condo close to amenities

The condo is nicely furnished and set up for long term stays. It’s ideal for a couple. The rooftop pool is great. It needs a few more umbrellas for shade. The ocean view is a stretch. It’s about a 15 minute walk to the Playa. The beach is a huge disappointment. It’s filled with smelly sargassum (seaweed) making it impossible to spend any time there. The condo is great but I’d never come back due to the horrible conditions on the water. Apparently it comes and goes and is unpredictable.
