There are two bedrooms, each with a king bed. The master bedroom has a Smart TV. The unit also features a fully equipped kitchen and washing machine in-unit.

Our dedicated staff is available every day from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist you with anything you need during your stay.

Additionally, our team is online through Airbnb from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help with any inquiries or support you might require outside of these hours.

This is arguably one of the best locations in Playa del Carmen. One block from the Caribbean Sea (Mamita's and Kool Beach Clubs), 2 blocks off of the busy 5th Ave, all without being loud at night. Very close walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops and shopping on Quinta Avenida!

This Superhost 2-bedroom condo is just 1 block from the beach and 2 blocks to Fifth Avenue. The location makes it easy to walk to restaurants, and shops, while still enjoying a comfortable and well-equipped space. The condo sleeps up to 4 guests and is ideal for couples, friends, or small families.

Both bedrooms feature king-size beds and en-suite bathrooms, plus there is an additional half bath for convenience (2.5 bathrooms total). The master bedroom has direct access to the balcony and includes a flat-screen TV.

The condo offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine inside the unit (a drying rack is provided; there is no dryer). One garage parking space is included. Please note that the dishwasher is currently not operational.

Upstairs, enjoy the infinity rooftop pool with beautiful Caribbean Sea views, open daily until 9:00 PM. The property offers easy self check-in, and access codes will be provided prior to arrival.

Please note that electricity is expensive in Mexico. Kindly avoid leaving the air conditioning on when you are not in the unit, as excessive or careless use may result in an additional charge. Monthly guests are responsible for 100% of electricity costs (at 7 pesos per kWh) and a larger refundable deposit is required to cover these expenses.

There are many restaurants, beaches, coffee shops, and shopping close by. You can walk everywhere, but there are taxi stands within a block. No need for a car in this location, however there is garage parking available if you have a car.

In Mexico, electricity costs are high. Please be sure not to leave the air conditioning on when you are not home. Excessive or careless use could result in an extra charge.

Monthly renters are responsible for 100% of electricity costs (at 7 pesos per kW). A larger deposit is required, covering electricity expenses.
