Central Penthouse, Private Roof w/ Mini Pool, Garage, Secure, Rooftop Pool

GREAT LOCATION! Very central, only 3 blocks to 5th ave & 5 to the beach. Within one block you will find grocery stores, markets and restaurants.

This penthouse condo is located just one level below the pool, in the Anah Building. There are two large bedrooms, one on each floor. Both with comfortable king-sized beds, TV and a bathroom connected to each room. The upstairs suite is connected to the private rooftop space.

The spacious living room has a sectional couch, that can be pushed together and sleep additional people. There is a smart TV in each room. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans, dishes and utensils to cook any meal you wish.

There are laundry facilities in the building, it is coin operated and managed by the building. Please speak to the front desk if you would like to use the washer and dryer, there is an extra fee. Soap is not provided.

ELECTRICITY CHARGES: In order to keep our prices low, 25 kW(Nov-May)/30 kW(June-Oct) per day are included in the price, for stays up to one week. After that, the guest is responsible for the electricity charges, at $0.35 per kW. To avoid extra charges & be at ease, we recommend to set the AC at 25 degrees. The extra fee is usually only charged to those staying longer than a week. Often the cost is around $5-7 per day if there is a charge.

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity, to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing, 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

PRIVATE ROOFTOP: The mini pool on the rooftop is not a jacuzzi, it does not have jets or hot water. It is just a plunge pool to cool of from the sun, which is great on a hot day.
