La Brisa is a 1 bedroom condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen. One block from the beach (Mamita’s and Kool Beach Clubs), infinity roof top pool with views of the sea. It is 1 block from the best part of 5th Avenue where you will find all the restaurants, cafes, bars, and shopping. night

This 1 bedroom condo is tastefully designed and very comfortable. Just to let you all know there are no reviews because I have never rented it . This is my home . I’m renting now as I need to take care of my mom right now . The balcony has a table and two outdoor chairs. Enjoy the infinity rooftop pool, with wi-fi and views of the Caribbean Sea. There are big beds to lay on and enjoy the sun, this rooftop pool is sure to please!
The kitchen is fully stocked, with everything you need to make a great meal! Electric stove, small convection oven, coffee maker, toaster and a blender.
The bedroom has a king size bed, All linens, bath, and beach towels are included. Fibre optic Wifi in unit . full bathroom, rain shower and hand held . central AC. Full laundry washer and dryer in unit .Come, enjoy your holiday at La Brisa.
Located on Calle Cozumel (one block east of 1st Avenue) and Calle 32. The famous Mamitas Beach is a 2 minute walk from the condo and you are a 2 minute walk also to the famous 5th ave.

ELECTRICITY:
NIGHTLY/WEEKLY RENTERS:�**Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 20 kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo of the meter will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. **
MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.
SECURITY DEPOSIT: US$500 security deposit is due upon arrival to the condo, and returned upon checkout, less any additional electricity fees or damages.
And a $50.00 US cleaning fee will be charged
