It is a small unit, but it's location, location, location (as the setting is the heart of Manhattan Beach, Ca., the most beautiful, and expensive beach real estate in Los Angeles County. "This suite has a good location in Venice Beach, close to grocery and drug stores. Finding a variety of restaurants within walking distance, however, was a bit more challenging. If you like Mexican and/or BBQ, you’re in luck. Beyond that, you’ll need a vehicle.This suite is perfectly sized for two people and we enjoyed the thoughtful design in such a small area.
