"The host was very accommodating. I needed to add a day at the beginning of my trip and he was able to do so. We had a couple of things we needed the hosts assistance with and he responded promptly. The location is perfect for spendings days at magic mountain, its so close! But if your group wants to split up there is plenty of shopping in the immediate vicinity . The beds were comfortable and the floor plan is great. We will return."

"The place was very much as advertised. Nothing fancy, but nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped with all the things we needed. Beds were comfortable. Parking in the back was easy. However, what really stood out was the clarity and responsiveness of the property managers. The directions for arrival and on the house were thorough and clear. The door to the laundry closet had an issue we noticed after we arrived. We notified the management and they responded immediately and asked what timing...

I especially appreciated the cleanliness and the full kitchen. And as a solo traveler, the attention to guest safety while staying on the property put me completely at ease. "Good location for the budget, very good mattresses, pillows, shower. Table and chairs for a big group. Kitchen could have more accessories such as wine glasses, drip coffee maker (the k-cups maker doesn't make good coffee plus the plastic waste). Also the garage is pretty tight if two cars are parked. Still, overall, a good stay."
