"The Host was great. Rooms were clean and nice!. Its in a nice quiet area near a golf course. Found shops nearby for shopping and a nice Nigel Donuts/bakery for breakfast and many other places in Dana Point. Host helped us a beach with free parking and we were able to enjoy a couple of days in a nice quiet area in the hills of Laguna Niguel. It is a Condo which part was converted into a VRBO. "

The carpet in the bedroom had apparently not been vacuumed, and the kitchen, although tidy, overall, it was not clean. The cloth countertop cover was filthy and I had to pre-wash any dish or silverware before using it. The refrigerator was dirty. 3. "We enjoyed our stay immensely. The home is located just up the way from the pier. It couldn’t be in a better spot! Also, it had everything we needed in the kitchen, the bathrooms and the backyard. The beds were very comfortable and the home is very quiet at night. We will stay again!"
